Meet Julie Cianca
Julie Cianca has served as an attorney in New York’s highest level trial courts for 25 years, advocating for our community’s most vulnerable populations. She has dedicated her life to ensuring the Constitutional freedoms intended for every citizen are extended to all people, without regard to financial means, status or race. If elected, her respect for the law and empathy and respect for those who appear before her would ensure a courtroom where every citizen can trust justice will be served, and the highest level of reason and analysis will be applied to every case before my court.
As one of the most experienced trial attorneys in Monroe County, Julie Cianca has expert understanding of all aspects of courtroom procedure. As a public servant, she understands her duty to the community. Throughout Julie’s career she has supervised and trained younger attorneys, as well as provided continuing legal education to defense attorneys statewide. Across all eight counties, every one is entitled to a judge with the experience and insight to judge fairly, with respect for the law and basic human dignity.

“Today, more than ever before, our region needs qualified arbiters of justice who reflect and understand the values of all the people who live and work in our communities.”
